Apple Meatloaf

This recipe here is a great nutritious and tasty comfort food which is very easy to prepare at home. It does not take more than 20 -25 minutes to prepare and the best part is that you can store it in a freezer for later use.

Apple Meatloaf RecipeIngredients:

2 1/2 lb ground sirloin
2 granny smith apples, diced
1/2 cup ketchup
1 1/2 cup of armed bread stuffing
1 medium diced white onion
2 tablespoon horseradish sauce
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup concentrated apple juice
1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice

Preparation Instructions

Start the preparation with clean dry hands. You can also use a spatula instead. In a big bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well either with hands or a spoon. Make sure to blend the bread stuffing until it is incorporated into the sirloin and sauces. Let this mixture sit for a few minutes. In a soup pan pour concentrated apple juice and sauce,mix well and allow it to cook on high heat for about 15 minutes until it converts to a thick and rich glaze. Before removing it from the heat add Chinese five spices, whisk well and cook for a minute. Meanwhile, divide the meatloaf mixture in equal balls and place it on the baking tray or muffin tray as desired. Bake it for about 15-20 minutes at 350 F. Once done glaze these meatloaf balls with this sauce prepared and they are ready to serve or stored.
