1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chicken stalk

Preparation Instructions:

Season the chicken breast with some salt, pepper and keep aside. Start by heating olive oil and butter in a pan and place chicken breasts upside down. Flip sides once cooked and allow the other side to cook for a while. This should take roughly abut 5 minutes on each side. Transfer the chicken to a bowl and on high flame add minced jalapeno, pepper, onions and keep stirring for about a minute. Another layering to this sauce needs to done by adding mustard and orange marmalade. Stir all the ingredients well and add lime juice. Towards the end add butter and cooked chicken breasts.
