Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Whisk in green onions, brown sugar, chili paste, garlic, and pepper. Place tenderloin into the bowl and massage in your mixture. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Preheat oven to 450F or 230C. Prepare baking pan and line with aluminum foil. Transfer pork to baking pan and cook for 25 – 30 minutes. Allow to stand for around 10 minutes before carving and serving.
Pork tenderloin is relatively smaller in size and contains little fat so it cooks easily. Overcooking pork tenderloin will cause it to become dry and tough.
