Healthy Dinner: Grilled Pork Chops in Kentucky Style

Grilled Pork Chops in Kentucky StyleCuban cuisine is characterized by the taste of tropical juices, but often it is less spicy than the food of its neighbors in the Caribbean. The spices in my Cuban pork chops give this healthy dinner dish a little extra kick, but are not overpowering.

I imagine the real recipe is under lock and key somewhere very safe, but if you want to make the Colonel’s grilled pork chops at home, here’s a pretty good alternative.
